- The after-sales period is 3 calendar days starting from the receipt date of goods. All return or refund requests beyond the time limit will be refused.
- Refund is only available after customers return original items. Any refund-only without returning goods will be rejected.
- Returns for confirmed factory defects
We take full round-trip shipping cost only for factory defects: broken wig cap, damaged hair, wrong customized specs. Buyers shall supply clear defect photos for approval. Minor color difference caused by raw material, light or display is not a quality defect for free return. - Returns for in-stock items due to personal reasons
In-stock goods can be returned for personal dislike, poor fit or wrong order, all shipping fees borne by buyers. Products must be unused with original package intact; refund is processed after our inspection. - Terms for customized wigs
Custom wigs are produced strictly based on buyers’ specified size, color and density. No return, exchange or refund without verified factory defects. Custom items cannot be resold, so personal discomfort or dissatisfaction cannot apply for after-sales service. We cover shipping cost only for proven factory faults. - Exemption for man-made damage
Items damaged by customer’s cutting, dyeing or improper use are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to reject unsolicited returned parcels.
Qualified refunds will be transferred to original payment account within 3-7 working days after inspection.
